I don't care if it's covered with dust or shiny as a new penny. I buy "as is" running or not.
Hopefully you took care of your Kawasaki and it was garage kept, but if its been parked outside for the last 15 years exposed to the elements, I will still buy it. I won't even scold you, you know what you did!
No motorcycle is too far gone to be restored or used for parts.

Everything has value and value varies greatly from bike to bike, no two bikes have the exact same value.
